General bonus terms and conditions are applied to the bonuses Players can purchase with redeemable complimentary points. Whenever the rules of a certain bonus directly contradict the general bonus terms and conditions, the individual bonus rules take precedence.
1. Each 20 € of real money bets placed in slot games are rewarded with 1 complimentary point (CP) and 1 redeemable complimentary point (RCP). CPs are required to achieve new VIP levels. RCPs are intended for the purchase of bonuses from the special set in the Bonus Store. Players can browse through the catalogue of those bonuses on the Bonus Store page.
2. To purchase a bonus with RCPs, Players should:
- choose a bonus by clicking ‘Buy’ under the desired item on the Bonus Store page;
- go to the Points exchange window on the Promo page of the account and click ‘Exchange’;
- choose ‘Cash Rewards’ or ‘Free Spins’ from the dropdown menu;
- choose the desired item from the dropdown menu below;
- enter the required amount of RCPs and confirm the exchange.
3. The price of 'Subscriptions' and 'Devices' are determined by the current price of the corresponding product on the brand’s online store.
4. The slot for the Bonus Store free spins depends on the Player’s region: by default, free spins are credited to Big Wild Buffalo (Belatra);
5. Cash Rewards have to be wagered 10x. FS have to be wagered 50x. 'Subscriptions' and 'Devices' are credited to the player’s account as Cash Rewards with 10x wagering.
